MRS. LOUISA SIEVERS DIES AT ESTHERVILLE
Former Remsen Woman Succumbs To Paralytic Stroke—Funeral Will Be Held at Remsen
Remsen, Ia. April 10.—(Special)— Mrs. Louisa Sievers, formerly of Remsen, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Post, at Estherville, la., following a paralytic stroke. Mrs. Sievers was stricken Sunday and died Tuesday, She was 79 years old.
Mrs. Sievers was a pioneer of Plymouth county, having moved to Remsen 40 years ago. There she lived until six years ago; and reared her family, of whom the following survive her: Miss Lena Sievers, Rook Rapids, la,; Mrs. John Post, Estherville, la.; George Sievers, California; Frank and William Sievers, Remsen.
The body was shipped to Remsen and the funeral will be held Friday at the Christ Lutheran church. The services will be in charge of Rev. A. Noake.
Mrs. Sievers was widely known in the eastern end of Plymouth county, and the news of her sudden death came as a shook to her many friends
