Eddie Raynor III

Eddie F. Raynor III, 81, of Big Stone City, S.D., and formerly of Elk Point, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1993, at a hospital in Ortonville, Minn.

'"Services Were held" Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran church in; Elk Point with Rev. Leslie, Hernes officiating. Burial was at the Riverside cemetery in Akron, Iowa under the direction of the Anderson Funeral Home in Elk Point.

Mr. Raynor was born Dec. 20, 1911, in Union County. He married Louise Onnen July 17, 1937, in Morris, Minn. The couple farmed in the Akron and Elk Point areas until 1970, when they retired. In 1971, they moved to Big Stone City. Mr. Raynor was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Elk Point.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Robert and his wife, Dianne of Casselberry, Fla.; five daughters, Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Schlag of Sioux City, Mrs. Lyle (Edna) Timm of Vermillion, Mrs. Bruce (Joy) Olson of Boise, Idaho, Mrs. Bob (Betty) Molisse of Akron, Iowa, and Maria Angerhofer of Big Stone City; 20 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers; and one sister.
