Funeral services for Charles Raynor, 55, who was killed Monday night in a car-train accident in Hawarden, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Dow funeral home, Hawarden,

Burial will be in Riverside cemetery, Akron, Mr. Raynor was killed when his car struck the caboose of a Chicago Northwestern train at a crossing south of Hawarden on Highway 12.

Mr. Raynor was born Jan. 25, 1913 in Vermillion, S.D. He lived in the Akron and Hawarden areas all of his life. He was a veteran of World War II.
