David Paul Schlotfeldt, 21, Webster City, died Sunday afternoon (July 19. 1981) in an automobile accident.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Webster City. A committal service will be held at 3 p.m. that day at St. Peter's Lutheran church cemetery at Brunsville. Friends may visit with the family at a lunch at the church in Brunsville following the graveside service.

Mr. Schlotfeldt was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Schlotfeldt, Webster City, and the grandson of Mrs. Katherine Willer. Brunsville.
