Ida E. Henrich, 95, 2004 W 18th St., Sioux City, formerly of Akron, died Sunday, March 8, 1992, at her residence.
Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Boniface Catholic church in Sioux City. Rev. Donald Ries officiated. Burial was in St. Peter's cemetery in Jefferson, S.D. under direction of the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
Mrs. Henrich, the former Ida E. LaCroix, was born May 29, 1896, in Canada. She came to the United States as a child and lived in Salix, Iowa and Jefferson, S.D. for many years. She married Phillip Beauchemin May 1918 in Salix, Iowa. He died in November 1947. She married John H. Henrich Nov. 12, 1950, in Jefferson, S.D. He died March 16, 1976, in Sioux City. She
had lived in Sioux City since 1985. She worked in the Akron, Iowa area for many years. Mrs. Henrich was a member of St. Boniface Catholic church in Sioux City.Survivors include two sisters, Delia Gary of Rapid City, S.D. and Albertine Montagne of Akron; a stepson, Gerald Henrich and his wife, Bernice of Akron; a stepdaughter, Marion Staab and her husband, Milo of Remsen; a stepdaughter- in-law, Amelia Henrich of Akron; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 16 step great grandchildren; and many great-great-
grandchildren.She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Beauchemin; a daughter, Irene Hall; and a stepson, John "Jack" Henrich.
Pallbearers were Greg Beauchemin, Steve Beauchemin, Bill Bulit St., Bryan Bulit, Dick Worden and Bob Verschoor.
