Barry T. Saxen, 39, formerly of Pierson, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at his home in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. today (Monday), at the United Methodist Church in Pierson, with the Rev. William Cotten officiating. Interment was in the Greenwood Cemetery, Pierson.

Visitation was from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson-Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley, with the family present from 5-8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation continued Monday morning at the United Methodist Church in Pierson, one hour prior to Barry's service.
