CLARENCE PLUEGER
Clarence H. Plueger, 68, LeMars, lifelong Plymouth County resident, died Saturday (Dec. 1, 1984) at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center, Sioux City, after a brief illness.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Christ Lutheran Church, Grant Township under the direction of the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Jack Hebard will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Plueger was born March 22, 1916, in Grant Township to Theodore and Katherine Westhoff Plueger. He married Lucille Heeren Dec. 2, 1945, in Grant Township. He was a member of the Grant Township Church and Wilken-Heeren-McHale Post 724, American Legion.
Survivors are his wife, Lucille, LeMars; a brother, Elmer, Merrill; three sisters, Louise Plueger, Mrs. Harry (Regina) Heeren, and Mrs. William (Clara) Haage, all of LeMars. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and a brother and two sisters in infancy.
