Bonnie Baack, 57, lifelong Le Mars resident, died Wednesday (March 2, 1988) at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Le Mars. Rev. Terry Webster officiated. Burial was in Le Mars Memorial cemetery, under direction of Mauer-Johnson funeral home.
Mrs. Baack was born July 23, 1930 in Le Mars to Benjamin and Mary (Hammond) Hinken. She married Kenneth Baack December 28, 1949 in Le Mars. Mrs. Baack as a homemaker.
Survivors are four sons, Thomas, Richard and George, all of Le Mars, and Gerald of Denver, Colo.; five daughters, Mrs. Rick (Sue) Gabel of Akron, Mrs. Chris (Beth) Weiler, Christine and Julie, all of Le Mars and Mrs. Mel (Kathryn) Foy of Spencer; 10 grandchildren; three brothers, Ben Hinken of Providence, R.I., Richard Hinken of Le Mars and Larry Hinken of Sheldon and a sister, Marian of New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth in 1986, and a son, Brian.
