RESIDENT FOR 50 YEARS SUCCUMBS
Clarence Dobbert To Be Laid To Rest Wednesday Afternoon

Clarence Dobbert, a life long resident of Stanton township, passed away Sunday, January 23, at the age of 49 years, two months, and 21 days. He had been in poor health for a number of years, but failed rapidly and death was unexpected.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at the Luken's Funeral Home, with the Rev. J. Lombard of Seney conducting the service. Interment will be in the family plot in the LeMars City Cemetery with the Luken’s funeral home in charge of the arrangements.

Clarence Dobbert, son of Frank and Anna Dobbert, was born in Stanton township, where he farmed until poor health forced him to retire. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Carl Wilde of Struble, and four brothers, Roy of Seney, Raymond of LeMars, Leland of Struble and Art of Ireton. Also a number of nieces and nephews.
