ARCH O. DREESZEN

Arch O. Dreeszen, 81, died Friday (Jan. 18, 1980) in St. Luke’s Medical Center in Sioux City of long illness.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Schroeder Funeral Home at Akron. Rev. David Roy officiated.

Burial was in Logan Park Cemetery in Sioux City. A prayer service was held at 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

Mr. Dreeszen was born Aug. 20, 1898, at Correctionville. He farmed in the Westfield area until retiring and moving to Akron in 1965. He married Eudora Bernhardt in November of 1935 at Westfield.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Gladys) Knecht of Elk Point, S.D.; two brothers, Bryan and Roy both of Westfield; one sister, Mrs. Russell (Fern) Embick of Concord, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
