AGNES M. KUCK
Agnes M. Kuck, 78, of Le Mars, died Saturday, (Aug. 25, 1984) at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars after a brief illness. She had been hospitalized two weeks.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. John’s American Lutheran Church in Le Mars. Rev. Tom Lee and Rev. William Striepe will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery.
A prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars.
Mrs. Kuck, the former Agnes Pecks, was born March 8, 1906, in Le Mars, to William H. and Christina Utttermark Pecks, and was a lifelong resident. She married Adolf Kuck Jan. 5, 1933, at Le Mars. She formerly worked as a nurses aid at Sacred Heart Hospital in Le Mars.
Mrs. Kuck was a member of St. John’s American Lutheran Church, ALCW, Altar Guild and was a volunteer at Brentwood Good Samaritan Center.
Survivors are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Dorothy) Harrison of Tendoy, Idaho and Mrs. David (Joyce) Johnson of Le Mars; one son, Harold of Norfolk, Neb.; three brothers, Edmund, Bernard and William, all of Le Mars; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a son and three brothers.
