MRS. S. J. WARNER

Mrs. Sarah Jane Warner, 76, Plymouth County, Ia., resident for 67 years, died Saturday at the Sacred Heart Hospital in LeMars after a sickness of two months.

Sarah Jane Parry was born June 16, 1877, at Big Rock, Ia. She came to Plymouth County when she was 9 years old.

She was married to Dewey Elmer Warner March 16, 1896, in Union Township, Plymouth County. They farmed in Union Township from 1896 to 1946, when she moved to LeMars. Mr. Warner died in 1946.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Edna Rippey of LeMars; a son, Harold of Remsen, Ia.; a sister, Mrs. Carrie Nelson of LeMars; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Mauer Funeral Home, LeMars. Burial was in LeMars cemetery. Rev. H.V. Bartz officiated at last rites.

She was preceded in death by 8 brothers and 3 sisters. Deceased was a member of the Methodist Ladies Aid and the Sunshine Club.
