MRS. RAYMOND ALBERT
Funeral services for Mrs. Raymond (Anita) Albert, 70, Hinton, were held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Hinton. Pastor Arthur Schulz officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of the Mauer Funeral Home in LeMars.A prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Albert, the former Anita Kroeger, a Kingsley native, died unexpectedly Tuesday (Aug. 12, 1980) at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Emil A. and Hulda Blunk Kroeger.
She was born Dec. 16, 1909, attended Kingsley schools and lived there until 1956.
She married Raymond (Ben) Albert April 30, 1928, at Elk Point, S.D. After 1956 the couple lived on a farm at Hinton until 1976 when they moved into their Hinton home.
Survivors are her husband, Raymond, of Hinton; a son, Chris Albert of Merrill and two grandsons, Jim Albert of LeMars and Gary Albert of Hinton. There are five great grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs.Viola Stivers and Mrs. Mabel Mathers both of Sioux City and Mrs. Hertha Eggers of San Diego, Calif., and two brothers, Herbert Kroeger, Hinton, and Clarence Kroeger of Elk Point.
