NATHAN SCHULTZ

Nathan Schultz, 28, St. Paul, Minn., formerly of Hinton, died Wednesday (Oct. 19, 1977) in St. Paul after an illness.

Family committal services were at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, in Trinity Lutheran Church cemetery in rural Hinton.

Memorial services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, Rev. Daniel Q. Johnson officiated. The Luken-Johnson Funeral Home of LeMars was in charge.

Mr. Schultz was born May 20, 1949, in Austin, Minn. He received a master’s degree in June from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Schultz married Donna Rateike Aug. 7, 1971, in Arlington Heights, Ill.

Survivors are his wife; his parents, Rev. and Mrs. Arthur Schultz of Hinton; three brothers, Capt. Alan Schultz of Pensacola, Fla., Daniel of Okemos, Mich., and Paul, of Jacksonville, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Philip (Deborah) Esala of Jacksonville; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Schultz of Osage; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Emma Neunaber of Springfield, Ill.
