Madge D. Manor, 87, of Sioux City died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2003, at Westwood Nursing & Rehab Center.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Dr. Allen Call officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.

Madge was born July 6, 1916, in Kingsley, Iowa, the daughter of Fred and Estella (Howder) Thompson. She came to Sioux City in 1934.

She married Gordon Manor on July 7, 1944, in Ponca, Neb. He died Nov. 17, 1994, in Sioux City. Madge worked at Wincharger for about 20 years and then in the deli at Sunshine Food Store. She had been a resident at Westwood for the last 10 years.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include two nephews.

She also was preceded in death by a sister, June Valentine.
