OCCUPATION: She worked in the West Iowa Telephone Office prior to moving to Albuquerque, N.M., where she also worked in a telephone office. She returned to Remsen in 1950. After their marriage, the couple moved to Marcus in 1959 and she worked at the telephone offices in Remsen and Marcus, retiring in 1984. Mr. Weber died Jan. 17, 1996.

SURVIVORS: …include three sons, Larry and his wife, Helen, of LeMars, Greg of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Kyle of Sioux City; two daughters and their husbands, Judy and Mike Gravenish of Marcus and Pam and Terry Bennett of McPherson, Kan.; a sister, Lorna and her husband, Jim Olson, of Cleghorn; and two brothers, Duane Gottsche and his wife, Casey of South Sioux City, and Virgil Gottsche and his wife, Cindy, of Jackson, Mo.; five grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …her parents; a brother, Donald; and a grandson.
