Agnes M. Sullivan, 70, of Sioux City died Monday, Dec. 30, 2002, at her residence.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Rev. Bruce A. Lawler officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy-Smith Berkemier Chapel.
Mrs. Sullivan was born March 2, 1932, in Sioux City, the daughter of Laurence L. and Blanche M. (Harbeck) Frisch. She was raised in the Westfield, Iowa area for 19 years. She attended school in the Akron/Westfield area and graduated from Westfield High School. She then attended National Business Training College in Sioux City.
She married James Sullivan on Nov. 11, 1953, in Luverne, Minn. She was employed with Marian Health Center in Sioux City for 27 years. Mr. Sullivan died in May 1999, in Sioux City.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Riverside. She enjoyed camping, time on the river, vacations and time with family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Dennis Sullivan and his wife, Laurie of Fallon, Nev., Sandy K. Harker of Sioux City, Larry Sullivan of Sioux City, Jim Sullivan of Sioux City and Betsy and her husband, John McGrath of Denver, Colo.; her grandchildren, Jon, Sarah, Craig, Emily, Seth, Heather, Shannon, Erin, Ian, Talon and Stormi; her great-grandchildren, Destiny, Casey, Brooke, Gabriel and Able Canaan and Aleah Harker; two brothers and their wives, Lauren and Edna Frisch of Akron, Iowa, and Dan and Chris Frisch of Sioux City; and two sisters, Janet and her husband, Don Rea of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Betty Klug of Sioux City.
She also was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Bonita Frisch.
Pallbearers will be Tim Barber, Rex Barber, T.J. Rogers, John Cole, Dale Harker and Bob Casey.
