AKRON, Iowa -- Margaret Ann Siebrecht, 49, of Akron died Tuesday, April 2, 2002, at her residence.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron, with the Rev. Sonja Brucklacher officiating. Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday in Odebolt Cemetery, Odebolt, Iowa. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Schroeder Funeral Home in Akron.

Margaret was born May 27, 1952, in Sioux City, the daughter of Kermit and Jean (Spaugh) Siebrecht. She graduated from America Institute of Business in Des Moines.

She married Dennis Wilken on Sept. 1, 1996, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron. She was employed as a human resources assistant with Kind and Knox.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. In her free time, she loved reading, knitting, playing solitaire and most of all spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis; her parents; a son, Jason Pepper of Akron; a stepdaughter, Denice Faltinson; three stepsons and their wives, Troy and Kristi, John and Mary, and Dan and Carrie Wilken; three sisters and their husbands, Barbara and Jim Jensen of Onawa, Iowa, Rebecca and Mike Carstensen of Schaller, Iowa, and Rita and Steve Jensen of Sioux City; a brother and his wife, Allan and Patricia of Ida Grove; four stepgrandchildren, Dennis, Taeji, Alex and Ryan Wilken; seven nephews, Andy and Alex Carstensen, Grant Siebrecht and Lucas, Zach and David Jensen; five nieces, Laurie Streck, Susanna Davis, Amelia Taylor and Courtney and Kristy Siebrecht; and a grandnephew, Hunter Davis.

She was preceded in death by two sons, one in infancy and Benjamin Pepper.

Pallbearers will be Andy and Alex Carstensen, Grant Siebrecht and Lucas, Zach and David Jensen. Honorary pallbearer will be Adam Carstensen.
