MRS. E. THOMPSON

Mrs. Eva Thompson, 95, passed away early Monday morning at a Cherokee hospital where she had been a patient for the past two years.

Mrs. Thompson was born in Canada and came to Gayville, So. Dak. as a young girl. She later moved to Hawarden, Ia. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. John Diamond, who were early days residents of LeMars.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, at the Wiltgen-Luedtke Funeral Home with Rev. Marlin Whittmer officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon.
