MRS. CLARENCE KJOSE

Mrs. Clarence Kjose, 69, formerly of Akron, died Thursday, March 23, at Bowling Green, Ky., after a long illness.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church, Akron, with Rev. David Olson officiating.

Burial was in Riverside Cemetery under the direction of Schroeder Funeral Home, Akron.

The former Gladys Pruitt, she was born Aug. 12, 1902, in Missouri. She was married Oct. 6, 1927, in Union County, S.D. She was a school teacher and superintendent for Union County schools. She was an educator for 44 years.

Mr. Kjose died in 1959.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Glenn Hagen of Phoenix, Ariz.; a son, William of Bowling Green, Ky.; three granddaughters and four half-sisters.
