MRS. LANGENDORFER

Mrs. Charles Langendorfer, 75, 2129 Grandview boulevard, died at a Sioux City hospital Thursday night after a brief illness.

Mrs. Langendorfer was born September 1, 1878, at Traer, Ia. She moved to LeMars, Ia., in 1893, and was graduated from high school there.

She married Charles Langendorfer December 21, 1920, at LeMars. She had been a resident of Sioux City since 1943.

Mrs. Langendorfer was a member of the First Methodist church and the Women’s Christian Temperance Union.

Survivors include the widower, four sons, Lowell, of Denver, Colo., Wendell of LeMars, Lloyd of Worthington, Minn., and Lester of Lukton, a sister, Mrs. L.C. LaFleur of Sioux City; 10 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Heaton-Wescott funeral home. Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the First Methodist church.

Rev. Charles E. Mason officiated and burial was at LeMars.
