MRS. LADENBERGER

Mrs. Agnes Ladenberger, longtime LeMars resident, who has been living at 335 4th Street S.E., passed away at the Sacred Heart hospital here on May 16, 1956, following a hospitalization which lasted five days. She had been in poor health for several weeks.

Agnes Weber was born on November 3, 1882, at Freeport, Illinois, and came with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Weber, to Fredonia township in Plymouth County when she was a small girl. She was 74 years of age at the time of her death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at the Mauer funeral chapel with Rev. J.D. Ransom officiating. Burial will be in the city cemetery under the direction of Mauer’s.

Survivors include three children, Dr. D.L. Ladenberger of LeMars, Mrs. Willis Fox of Brookings, S.D., and Donald A. Ladenberger of Los Angeles, Calif. Two grandchildren, Donald Fox and John Ladenberger, also survive. Many nieces and nephews and other relatives in this vicinity also survive.

The deceased was preceded in death by four sisters, a brother and her parents.
