KEHRBERG, TSCHAMPEL, DONLIN, HERMAN FISCHER

Herbert (Bud)Kehrberg Merrill, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 1990, at his home after a six month illness.

Services will be at 1:30 P.M. Thursday, at the Merrill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Shirley Textor officiating. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery at Merrill. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today., Wednesday, with a Masonic service at 7 p.m. at the Mauer Johnson Funeral Home, Le Mars.

Mr. Kehrberg was born June 19, 1925, in Plymouth Township, rural Merrill, the son of Herbert Edgar and Nellie Irene (Donlin) Kehrberg. He attended rural school in Plymouth County and was a life-long county resident. He farmed in Plymouth Township, rural Merrill, until his retirement and also was a Le Mars Community School bus driver.

Mr. Kehrberg was a member of the Merrill United Methodist Church and founding member of the Merrill Saddle Club where he served several years as President. He was a member of Giblem Lodge 322 AF&AM in Le Mars and served as Worshipful Master. He was a member of Abu Bekr Shrine Temple 26, RAM Zadok Council 24 and Columbian Commandery 18 K.S. all of Sioux City. He served on the Plymouth County Extention Council and the Plymouth Township ASCS Committee.

Survivors include tree sisters, Mrs. Harold (Ethel) Tschampel of Merrill, Mrs. Darrel (Irene) Herman of Seatle, Wash., and Mrs. Don (Darlene) Fischer of Le Mars and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
