RALPH E. ADAMS

Ralph E. Adams, 68, of Akron, died Tuesday (Aug. 23, 1983) in the Veterans Hospital in Sioux Falls, after a long illness.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Schroeder Funeral Home in Akron, Rev. Elmer Hodge of the First Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery with graveside military rites conducted by Hoschler Post 186, American Legion.

Mr. Adams was born Jan. 24, 1915, at Akron. He farmed in the Akron area for many years.

He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. Elsie Trudeau of Pomona, Calif., Mrs. Eldon (Shirley) Anderson of Sloan, Mrs. Glenn (Lois) Bullock of Anderson, Ind., and Mrs. William (Bonnie) Loudenslager of Sioux Falls.
