MRS. JESSE B. HADDOCK

LE MARS, Iowa—Mrs. Jesse B. Haddock, 91, of LeMars, died Monday in a care center at LeMars.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the Adaville United Methodist Church at rural Merrill. The Rev. J. Milton Kinney will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Township Cemetery, rural Hornick, under the direction of the Mauer Funeral Home in LeMars.

Mrs. Haddock, the former Martha Adelaide Ward, was born July 28, 1888, a River Falls, Wis.

She was married June 21, 1927, at Rosholt, S.D. They farmed near Hornick, Moville, and Akron before he joined the ministry and served churches at Castalia, Grand Meadow, Manchester and Vinton. They came to LeMars in 1958. The Rev. Mr. Haddock died in October of 1969.

She was a member of Adaville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, J. Bruce of Hornick, R. Keith of Moville; a nephew, Dallas Roy, whom they reared, of Sioux City; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Ninan) Netley of Akron; 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Helen Slemons of California, Miss Dorothy Ward of Shafter, Calif., Mrs. Edwin (June) Enkers of Rosholt, S.D., and Mrs. Hubert (Shirley) Hoebeke of Sarasota, Fla.
