PARENTS: daughter of Barton and Margaret (Eddie) Bailey
SPOUSE & DATE of MARRIAGE: She was married to Douglas Dreeszen from 1966-1973. She married Vernon Gries on Oct. 3, 1975.

OCCUPATION: She had her own beauty shop in Westfield, Iowa, for eight years and later taught beauty school at Stewarts for three years. She then managed Martins Truck Stop Restaurant for seven years, and worked for Marian Health Center as a cook for three years, retiring due to poor health.
SURVIVORS: include her husband; two sons, Wade Dreeszen of McCook Lake, and Chad and his wife, Roxanne Dreeszen of Sioux City; a stepson and his wife, Steve and Lori Gries of Sioux City; her mother, Margaret Cunningham of Carroll, Neb.; a brother and his wife, Lynn and Barb Bailey of Wayne; a sister and her husband, Pam and Barry Fehlman of Los Osos, Calif.; three grandchildren; and three step grandchildren.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: by her father and a step daughter, Debra Gries.
