MRS. H. G. WIMER TAKEN BY DEATH

Mrs. H.G. Wimer, 49, died Monday morning at her home in Perry township following a lingering illness.

Mrs. Wimer was born October 14, 1901, near Bronson, Iowa, and resided there until three years ago on a Woodbury county farm, when they moved to their present home in Perry township. She was married on April 14, 1920, in Sioux City.

Survivors include the widower; three sons, Harry, James and Wayne at home; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Norvell of Jefferson, S.D., and Mrs. Harlow Emerson of Vermillion, S.D.; three grandchildren; her father, Jacob Wingert of Sioux City; seven brothers, George Wingert of Lawton, Jacob of Stevens, S.D., Glan, Raymond, Winfred, Alvern and Orville, all of Sioux City; five sisters, Mrs. Ida Bortels of Sioux City, Mrs. Maynard Timming of Sylvania, O., Mrs. George Miller of Toledo, O., Mrs. Violet Anders of Sioux City, and Mrs. Julia Junck of Hinton.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at the W. Christy funeral home in Morningside, with Rev. George Dunn, Pastor of the First Methodist church in Sioux City, officiating. Burial was in Graceland Park cemetery.
