Jonathan James Van Voorst, infant son of James and Brandi Van Voorst of Le Mars, died shortly after he was born Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, in Sioux city.

A private family service has been held.

Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
