Marlene Thompson

Marlene Keffeler Thompson, 42, died Sunday (Dec. 18, 1983), in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a physical education teacher in Clark County School District in Las Vegas since 1967.

Marlene was born in Marcus on February 12, 1941, to Armella Frank and Maurice Keffeler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thompson and her father, Maurice Keffeler.

She is survived by her mother, Armella Keffeler, two sisters, Jean Hueser of Marcus and Carol Brady of Storm Lake, and two brothers, Paul of Omaha, Nebraska, and Larry Keffeler of Ukiah, California.

A memorial Mass was offered by Msgr. Gerald Lyon Dec. 20, 1983, at Holy Name Church in Marcus.
