Dora M. Weber, 73, a Plymouth county native and lifelong resident, died Thursday (Nov. 3, 1988) at a Sioux City hospital following a long illness.

Funeral was at 1:30 p.m. Monday at St. John's American Lutheran Church in LeMars. Rev. Gary Landsness and Rev. Linn Jennewin officiated. Burial was in Resthaven Memory Gardens in LeMars.

Visitation was after 2 p.m. Sunday with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars.

Mrs. Weber was born Jan. 4, 1915, at Brunsville. She was the daughter of Herman and Emily (Steinfadt) Steen. She married Henry Weber June 22, 1937, at Elk Point. She was a homemaker. Mr. Weber died in 1985.

Mrs. Weber was a member of St. John's American Lutheran Church in LeMars.

Survivors are a son, Larry Weber, of Sioux City; a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Janice) Ferrari of Jefferson, S.D.; two grandchildren, Mrs. Rocci (Nannette) Schulz, of Wayne, Neb., and Monty Weber of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two great-grandchildren, Anthony and James Weber, both of Colorado Springs; a sister, Mrs. Howard (Minnie) Knudsen, of Merrill.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
