KEITH SULLIVAN
Keith Sullivan, 75, a retired LeMars businessman, died Friday (July 19, 1991) at Floyd Valley Hospital after an extended illness.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in LeMars. Rev. Lynn Potter will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Monday with the family present from 7-8 p.m. at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars.
Mr. Sullivan was born July 23, 1915, at Parker, S.D., to Herman and Pearl Eymer Sullivan. He graduated from high school in Yankton where he also worked in a bakery. After high school he taught country schools before going into the bakery business. He served as a baker in the United States Marine Corps during World War II.
On August 15, 1948, Vivian Wordelman and Mr. Sullivan were married at Sioux Falls.
The family came to LeMars in 1954 from Primghar. He owned and operated bakeries in both LeMars and Primghar.
Mr. Sullivan was a member of the First United Methodist Church in LeMars.
Survivors are his wife, Vivian Sullivan, LeMars; three sons, Eugene and his wife Sandi of Omaha; Kevin Sullivan of LeMars; and John Sullivan of Denver; a daughter, Marilyn and her husband, Jerry Danielson of Grand Rapids, Minn.; five grandchildren, Jessica and Joshua Sullivan and Stephen, Marisa and Michael Danielson; a brother, Vernon Sullivan of Grand Island, Neb., and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
