OBITUARY
WILLIAM F. PRITCHETTWilliam F. Pritchett, 75, of 110 Second St. SE, died Monday at Floyd Valley Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born March 19, 1895, in LeMars, the son of Charles and Minnie Schultz Pritchett. He had lived in Plymouth County his entire life and was a retired farmer.
His marriage to Ella Olsen took place Feb. 4, 1946, in South Sioux City, Neb. He was a member of Wasmer Post 241, American Legion, and the Eagles lodge here.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Luken-Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Arnold Imbrock and Rev. Paul Tobiason will officiate and burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Survivors are his wife, Ella, LeMars; two brothers, Charles Pritchett, Elkton, S.D., and George Pritchett, Sioux City; three sisters, Mrs. Augusta Freidricks, Tyler, Minn., Freda Schwiesow, Ashland, Wis., and Lena Pritchett, Moville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother.
