MARLIN LUBBEN

Funeral services for Marlin Lubben, 34, LeMars, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Luken-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars.

Rev. Robert Reliz will officiate and burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars.

He died July 25, 1974, of injuries suffered in a car accident near Struble.

Marlin was born April 18, 1940, at Struble, the son of Phillip Frederich and Helen Catherine Harms Lubben. He was a lifelong Plymouth county resident and was never married.

He was a member of the LeMars Eagles club and was employed by Plueger construction.

Survivors are a brother, Kenneth of Sioux City; and two sisters, Joan Miller, Woodward, and Mrs. Howard (Joyce) Crandall, Strasburg, Colo.; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jurgen Harms, Struble.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
