MRS. GERHARD KRULL

Mrs. Gerhard Krull, 69, 115 3rd Ave. SE, a LeMars resident the last 45 years, died Monday morning at Sacred Heart hospital after several months of illness. She had hospitalized the last 10 days.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church, with Rev. H. H. Meyer, officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of Mauer’s funeral home. The body will be taken to the church at 12 noon the day of the service.

Gretchen Emma Braams was born Feb. 14, 1892, at Oldenburg Zeiel, Germany, the daughter of Berend and Frauke Nordmann Braams. Her marriage to Gerhard Krull took place Nov. 7, 1911, at Brenen, Germany.

Mrs. Krull came to this country and Hawarden in 1912. She had resided in LeMars since 1926.

Surviving are her husband, who recently retired after operating a furniture store here for many years; a daughter, Mrs. Heinz (Wilma Hertha) Wilms of LeMars; three sons, Arthur G., Benno E. and Gerald E., all of Sioux City; 10 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. George (Gesine) Bunjes of LeMars.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and a sister.
