CHARLES KLUVER, 56, MERRILL LOCKER PLANT OPERATOR SUCCUMBS
FUNERAL SERVICES ARE SET THURSDAY

Charles N. Kluver, 56, operator of a locker plant at Merrill, died Monday morning at Sacred Heart hospital after an illness of six weeks.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John's American Lutheran Church, Merrill, with Rev. Kenneth Hodum officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars, under the direction of Luken’s Funeral Home.

Born Nov. 7, 1905, at Akron, Mr. Kluver was a longtime Merrill resident.

Surviving are the widow, the former Anna Onken; one son, Lou Dell of Merrill; his mother, Mrs. Clara Kluver of LeMars; five brothers and a sister, Henry of Lake Crystal, Minn., Chris of Farewell, Minn., Hans of LeMars, William of Sleepy Eye, Minn., John of Fairmont, Minn., and Mrs. Onno Onken, of LeMars.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Kluver.
