JOSEPH J. HOLLOWAY

Joseph J. Holloway, 53, Corning, formerly of Westfield, died Sunday (Jan. 16, 1972) at the Omaha Veterans hospital after a long illness. He had lived in the Westfield area until 20 years ago when he moved to Corning.

His marriage to Dorothy W. Utech took place in 1939 in LeMars. He was a veteran of World War II.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Corning and at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Mauer funeral chapel in LeMars. Burial will be Thursday in Resthaven Memory Gardens, rural LeMars.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, John and Erwin, both at home; a brother Albert Holloway, Bedford; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Mae Adams, Omaha, and his father, Joseph Holloway Sr., Corning.
