SARA NICOLE HAWKINS

Sara Nicole Hawkins, infant daughter born April 26, 1985, to Roger and Kathleen Hawkins, rural LeMars, died one day after birth at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center, Sioux City.

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars, under the direction of the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars. Student minister, Daniel Jones, will officiate.

Survivors are the parents; a brother, Travis, at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hawkins, LeMars, and Mrs. Velda Muth, Ireton; great-grandmother, Mrs. Jennie VandenBerge, Orange City, and step-great grandfather, Earl Chapman, LeMars.
