Robina E. Littlejohn, 86, of Sioux City died Wednesday, June 11, 2003, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Evangelical Free Church, with the Rev. Dan Doran officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel.

Mrs. Littlejohn was born Jan. 22, 1917, in Le Mars, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Margaret (Learmonth) Duff. As a young child, she moved to Sioux City in 1927. She attended school and graduated from Central High School in 1935. She continued her education at St. Paul's Bible College in Minnesota, Fort Wayne Bible College in Indiana, and later at Western Iowa Tech Community College's nurses training program.

She married Charles P. Littlejohn on July 21, 1952, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. She was employed as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital, which later became Mercy Medical Center. Mr. Littlejohn passed away Sept. 27, 1991, in Sioux City.

She attended First Evangelical Free Church and its ladies' Bible study group. She also taught child evangelism classes for several years around the area.

Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Johnson of Wahpeton, N.D., and Deborah and her husband, Thomas Schuber of Lithia Springs, Ga.; two sisters, Margaret Duff and Catherine and her husband, Verle Bales, all of Sioux City; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and three brothers, Adam, James and Robert Duff.
