Mrs. George Simpson Passed Away Tuesday.

Death claimed Mrs. George Simpson, of Merrill, at the Methodist Hospital in Sioux City Tuesday morning. Mrs. Simpson had been ill for some time but was able to be about as usual, until Sunday when she was taken seriously ill. She was removed to the hospital Sunday afternoon where an operation was performed that evening. For a time she rallied but Monday night she took a turn for the worse and passed away.

Funeral services were held this afternoon from the Merrill Methodist Church, Reverend J. T. Albertson, officiating, and burial was made at Paullina, Iowa.

Mr. Simpson and daughter have the heartfelt sympathy of many friends in Hinton and vicinity.
