Mrs. Peter F. Brauer, Brunswick, Nebraska, died Dec. 27th, 1959, at St. Joseph hospital at Sioux City after a lingering illness.
Mrs. Margaret G. Brauer was born in Elgin Township, Plymouth County, Iowa, on Feb. 5th, 1886. She was the oldest daughter of pioneer residents, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Null, prominent farmers for many years.
Margaret grew up in Elgin township and attended the schools of that district. During the early twenties she was married to Peter F. Brauer and shortly after they moved to Brunswick, Nebraska, where they purchased a farm and have resided in that state until their retirement. Mr. Brauer and son Paul preceded her in death several years ago.
Mrs. Brauer leaves to mourn her death, two daughters, Mrs. Lila Johring, of Clearwater, Nebraska and Mrs. Anna Turner of Paramount, California, and five grandchildren. She also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Katherine Champion, Mapleton, Iowa; Mrs. Lillian Faulkner, Elkton, So. Dak.; Mrs. Etta Albert, LeMars; and also one brother, Albert E. Null, of LeMars. Funeral services will be held at Plainview, Nebraska, with internment in the family plot.
