Mrs. George Rubsam, the former Eliza Maust, was born, May 7, 1890 at Sanborn, Iowa. She lived at Swanville, Minn. and moved to Sioux City to live with her daughter, Mrs. Leora Krohnke in 1975. Funeral services were held Monday morning at St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Burial was Tuesday at Swanville, Minn. Survivors include two sons: George of Lawton, and Lloyd of Babbitt, Minn.; two daughters: Mrs. Leora Krohnke and Miss Lucille Rubsam of Sioux City; a brother, Robert Maust, of Lansing, Ia.; two sisters: Mrs. Alice Carpenter of Fonda, N.Y. and Mrs. Cora Brendle, of Sanborn; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
