This community was grieved to hear of the death of B.J. Maust, after a week's illness with à complication of diseases. Mr. Maust was an old settler of this county. His wife died about 14 years ago. All that loving hands could do was done, but in vain.

He leaves to mourn his loss - Mrs. Wm. Brendle of Sanborn; Mrs. George Rubsam of Hartley; Bert, Howard, Sallie, Archie, Alice, James, and Robert at home. Thé entire community extend their sympathy of thé bereaved ones.
