Marcia LuAnn Johnson of Tucson, AZ died on May 11, 2011. She was born in Sheldon, IA on November 19, 1950 and attended school in Melvin, IA enjoying softball, basketball, vocal and instrumental music throughout her school years. She moved to Tucson in 1974 and completed her BA in Chinese at the University of Arizona. Marcia retired from UPS in 2006 after 27 years of service as a driver, a job she loved. She also loved cats, gardening, reading and friends. Marcia was preceded in death by her father, Robert William Johnson. She is survived by her partner of more than 30 years, Alan Morrill; one son, Kyle Christopher Johnson of Tucson; her mother, Burneil Johnson of Melvin, IA; sister, Janeen of Reston, VA; brothers, Merle of Isanti, MN, Jeff of Grand Blanc, MI and four nieces. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 13, 2011 in Evergreen Cemetery.
