Hugh Watson, orphan train rider

Hugh Watson was sent west from the Home For Friendless Children in New York City on an orphan train on March 16, 1885. He was placed with the John Douglass family of Medora, Iowa in Warren County on April 1876. Medora is between Indianola and Osceola Iowa. I am trying to find a record of his train ride and where he spent the one year before his placement. Also would like to know if records exist from the orphanage.
