RIEDEMANN AND SCHIMMINGRIEDEMANN AND SCHIMMING

My husbands great uncle Bernhardt or Ben Schimming managed a grocery store in the Paulina area in 1916- 1922. I am searching for the name of this grocery store. He also married Louise Bertha Riedemann possibly the daughter of Fred and Dorothy Riedemann. I am also searching for the marriage date for Ben and Louise. Any information you have on these 2 would be wonderful. In 1930 they were living in the Los Angeles county CA area. Can anyone give me tips for searching your county. I keep hitting brick walls.
