Gary Hibbing Is Victim of Accident, Burial Here Today

Gary Hibbing, 17 year old son of Mrs. Elmer Hibbing, died Monday morning at 8:10 as the result of injuries received in a car accident that occurred near Stanton, Nebr. Sunday evening. The Hibbings, formerly of Paullina, have lived at Norfolk, Nebr. in recent years. Gary was a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hibbing of Paullina.

The accident resulted from Gary losing control of his car while passing another car on a gravel road. A young man, who was his only passenger, was not critically injured.

Funeral services are being held at Norfolk this morning a t 10-00. Burial will be here in Prairie View cemetery. A short service, with the opening of the casket for friends and relatives, will be at 3.15, today (Thursday).
