The Herman Hoger family have been called upon to bear the loss of the second member of their family from the effects of influenza, the oldest son, Herman Hoger, Jr.; being taken by death last Saturday. The mother died only a. few weeks ago. Herman was almost fifteen years of age, lacking only a few days of his birthday.
