Otto M. Cummings was born January 20, 1877, at Nodaway, the sone of Andrew and Elizabeth Meyers Cummings.

He was married December 31, 1902, at Hartley to the former Jennie M. Flint. He was a farmer by occupation and a member of the IOOF of Spencer. He passed away Saturday at Mason City.

He is survived by his wife, Jennie; one son, Harlan V. of Madrid; and one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Kemis of Sioux City; five grandchildren and one siser, Mrs. Frank Kabrick of Spencer.

His parents, two sisters, and two brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 8, at the Warner Chapel in Spencer with the Rev. Gerald Hallauer officiating. Burial was in Pleasant View Cemetery in Hartley.

Pall bearers were Clarence Good, Dal Winn, Elmer Ketchem, Earl Clemens, Paul Swain and LeRoy Brigham.
