Emma J. Fife, 84, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday morning in Mercy Hospital at Cedar Rapids following a short illness. She was born May 30, 1902, at Paullina.

Services were held Saturday, March 28, at 11:30 at Saint Paul's United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids. Interment was in Prairie View Cemetery at Paullina at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30th.

She is survived by a sister, Mabel Bonner of Jewell; three nieces, Marian Jalas, Eleanor Miller, and Janet De Sessa and some great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Fife; a brother, Raymond, and a niece, Joen Mohr.
