News comes to us from Sheldon that one of our old residents, Mrs. Lucena Johnson Strong, has recently died of pneumonia.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she is buried in East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon and that she was born January 19, 1842 and died February 2, 1901.
